Acceptable use policy

1. Whose face
- Upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to have a 3D head made of them. Keep a record of that agreement.
- Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. [Age threshold to be confirmed per jurisdiction.]
- Do not upload photos of people collected from the internet, social media or public sources without their consent, including public figures.
2. What heads may not be used for
- Impersonating a real person or deceiving people about who they are dealing with.
- Sexual content involving a real person's likeness without their explicit consent, and any sexual content involving minors.
- Harassment, defamation or intimidation.
- Biometric identification or surveillance of people.
- Anything unlawful where you or the person shown are.
3. What we do
- Uploads may be checked automatically, for example for the number of faces, whether photos show the same person, [and age or explicit content].
- We may refuse, stop or delete heads that break this policy, and suspend accounts. [Notice, appeal and refund rules.]
