Invite others
Earn 10% back as credits.
Every account has an invite link. When someone signs up through it and buys credits, you receive 10% of the credits they bought, on every purchase they pay for.
Free and bonus credits do not count, a refunded or disputed purchase takes its bonus back, and you cannot invite yourself. Programme terms (draft).
How you pay
Our order process is run by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, adds the sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, and emails you the receipt or invoice.

What counts as one head?
One finished head of one person, made from the 1 to 15 photos you send with it. Different people need different heads. Every format and every repeat download of a head is included.
What if a head fails?
You get the credits back. When you start a head, its 1,500 credits are reserved; they are only used when the head is finished. If it cannot be finished, for example because no usable face was found, they return to your balance automatically.
Can I get my money back?
Credits you have not used can be refunded within 30 days of the purchase, and heads that fail give their credits back by themselves. Read the refund policy for the details and how to ask.
Do you add tax?
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where the law requires it, based on where you are. Businesses can enter a tax or VAT number at checkout.
Is the API priced differently?
No. A head costs the same whether you make it in the Studio or through the API, and both draw on the same balance.
Do I need permission from the person in the photo?
Yes. Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have agreed to have a 3D head made of them. We do not make heads of children, and we do not make heads from a name or from photos found online. See the acceptable use policy.
